This role requires a mix of industry connections, strategic thinking, communication and

operational diligence.

1. Established Network & Sourcing Channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty

Category: You must possess existing personal relationships with cosmetic

brands. Crucially, you need demonstrable channels and strategies for

proactively reaching out to and engaging new potential suppliers in this sector.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Every decision regarding supplier selection,

onboarding prioritisation, and performance evaluation will be based on robust

data analysis. You must be driven by data and an entrepreneurial mindset.

1. Deep Category Immersion is Non-Negotiable: This role is exclusively focused

on the beauty, cosmetics, and personal care category. We need existing

expertise within the BPC ecosystem. Your knowledge of this category is a must.

2. This is an In-ONice Role: You will be based in our office at one of Indias top coworking spaces in Delhi NCR. While any work-based travel to meet suppliers will,

of course, be remunerated, daily remote work is not an option for this position.

3. This Isnt Just a Paycheck; Its a Launchpad: If your primary motivation is solely

a salary hike without a strong desire for significant career progression and
