Job Summary:
Millennium Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and student enrollment through field marketing, phone-based counseling, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, result-oriented, and skilled in building connections with educational institutions and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct fieldwork to establish tie-ups and collaborations with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for classroom training and internships.

● Distribute flyers and promotional materials in residential and commercial areas to enhance brand visibility.

● Handle phone calls to counsel students, understand their interests and educational backgrounds, and suggest suitable IT training courses.

● Engage with potential customers in person and over the phone to promote Millennium’s IT training programs and build brand presence.

● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education and corporate sectors.

● Provide regular updates on marketing activities and contribute to campaign strategies.

● Represent the institute professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, business development, sales, or counseling (preferably in the education sector).

● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Telugu.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Results-driven with a passion for meeting targets.

● Knowledge of the Hyderabad market and local educational institutions is a plus.
