VMC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Programmer and Setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, particularly in programming and setting up VMCs. They will be responsible for translating engineering drawings into machine programs, setting up tooling and fixtures, and ensuring the efficient operation of the VMC to meet production requirements.

Program VMCs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up VMC machines including loading materials, fixtures, and tooling.
Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
Troubleshoot issues with programs, tooling, or machine performance to minimize downtime.
Perform regular maintenance tasks on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of machining processes, programs, and tooling setups.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
