Key Responsibilities
Deliver Professional Training:
Teach industry-relevant content on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and automation systems to students and working professionals.
R&D and Program Development:
Write PLC programs from scratch and engage in cutting-edge research on emerging automation technologies.
Update and restructure training modules aligned with the latest trends and standards in industrial automation.
Technology Integration:
Incorporate Industry 4.0, AI, IIoT, and VR technologies into training for a next-gen learning experience.
Global

Collaboration:

Coordinate with UK and international teams to ensure high-quality training delivery across borders.
Key Requirements
Technical Expertise
Solid experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems across platforms.
Familiarity with control systems, IIoT, and industrial instrumentation.
Training & Communication Skills
Strong English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
3–5 years of professional experience in industrial automation

Willingness to travel for international onsite training programs when required.
