Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design new collections in alignment with the brand's aesthetics.
• Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production.
• Coordinate with sampling teams and vendors to execute designs.
• Research market trends, fabrics, and techniques to stay ahead of industry movements.
• Manage and organize sample inventory, materials, and trims.
• Oversee daily studio operations including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking.
• Support in planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory).
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing both design and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
