We are seeking an experienced Retail Product Manager to lead our retail product strategy and development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to cross-functional teams.

A key responsibility of the role is to collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales. Additionally, the candidate will maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.

The Retail Product Manager will also produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory. Furthermore, they will forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
