Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design new collections in alignment with the brand’s aesthetics
Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production
Coordinate with sampling teams and vendors to execute designs
Research market trends, fabrics, and techniques to stay ahead of industry movements
Manage and organize sample inventory, materials, and trims
Oversee daily studio operations including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking
Support in planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings
Ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory)
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing both design and day-to-day operational tasks
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
