ABOUT THE PROGRAM

PARIKSHE is envisioned as a one-stop online solution for any student preparing for the Karnataka State Board SSLC Exam (KSEEB/KSEAB). The SSLC @ PARIKSHE Program is being run through a dedicated YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/@SSLCPARIKSHE) with content in both live and asynchronous forms. It aims to provide high quality academic learning founded on excellent teaching and pedagogy to students all across Karnataka, irrespective of their backgrounds.

At PARIKSHE high-quality bilingual (Kannada-plus-English) teaching content videos are released on YouTube covering the Karnataka SSLC syllabus systematically throughout the academic year. Additionally, there are special live classes for a community of interested students to help them prepare for their school and board exams in a comprehensive manner. Learning material complementing the videos and classes, such as notes and question banks, are also provided to the students as required.

Parikshe is seeking a skilled and proactive Production Associate to oversee studio operations, manage live broadcasts, and ensure high-quality shoots. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing streaming software, studio lighting, and audio equipment. They will play a critical role in ensuring all technical aspects of live and recorded content meet professional standards. Openness and willingness towards continuous learning would be key to being successful in this role.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

● Proven experience in studio management or a similar role.

● Proficiency in operating streaming software for live streaming.

● Expertise of studio lighting techniques and equipment.

● Expertise in handling audio equipment and resolving sound-related issues.

● Familiarity with studio camera setup and operation.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Studio Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure seamless workflows. - Schedule and coordinate shoots and live sessions, ensuring all necessary equipment and personnel are in place.

- Maintain an organized studio environment, manage inventory and equipment maintenance.

- Shoots Coordination:

- Set up and operate studio cameras for shoots, ensuring proper framing and composition. - Collaborate with creative teams to meet production goals and ensure visual quality.

- Live Streaming:

- Manage and operate streaming software (such as OBS) for live streaming across platforms. -

Ensure proper encoding settings, stream stability, and overlays during live events. -

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during live sessions.

- Lighting Setup:

- Set up and configure studio lighting equipment for various shoot requirements. - Adjust

lighting setups to achieve the desired aesthetic, ensuring proper exposure and balance.

- Audio Equipment Management:

- Operate and maintain studio audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recording devices.

- Ensure high-quality sound during shoots and live events by setting appropriate levels and resolving audio issues.

ELIGIBILITY

Educational Qualifications:

● Certification or formal training in video production, lighting, or audio engineering.

Work Experience:

● Experience in live event production or broadcasting.

● Knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
