Junior Fashion Designer

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design new collections in alignment with the brand’s aesthetics
• Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production
• Coordinate with sampling teams and vendors to execute designs
• Research market trends, fabrics, and techniques to stay ahead of industry movements
• Manage and organize sample inventory, materials, and trims
• Oversee daily studio operations including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking
• Support in planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory)
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing both design and day-to-day operational tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
