Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Safety Toolbox and Team meetings with Supervisor daily to review and coordinate:
- Safety
- Product Quality
- Staffing/HR
- Equipment readiness
- Schedule and performance
- Complete Fit for Work and Field Level Hazard Assessments and Equipment Pre-Use documents
- Perform scheduled/assigned equipment cleaning service maintenance,
- Perform scheduled blade maintenance and screen changes.
- Utilize aerial lift to access and remove above ground built up of settled air born materials.
- Cross train and develop mentored staffing as assigned.
- Encourage and participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, performance and drive annual objectives.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the maintenance and Production staff to prioritize equipment needs and repair.
- Immediately report any concerns or issues directly to Supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform any general labor duties as required to meet operational objectives.
• Core Capabilities
- Mechanically inclined and skilled to use standard hand tools.
- Quick to learn with the ability to follow instructions and seek clarity.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to recognize the environmental factors and risks that enable and support safety in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain professionalism always and work with limited supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete reports as required.
- Ability to multi-task and meet objectives/deliverables.
- High standards for work, meticulous, with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated.
- Possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Education and Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production setting
- Fall Protection MEWP training
Aerial Lift/Scissor Lift training
• Salary: $22.00 per hour
