Job Description: As an Online Chat Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking information about our services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through our online chat platform, providing them with timely and accurate information, answering inquiries, and assisting with bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about our housekeeping services, pricing, and availability.
Assist clients with booking appointments and managing their accounts.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficient in using chat software and other digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
