Inside B2B Sales Rep (base + commissions)

If you're a motivated sales professional, we have an excellent job opportunity for you! We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives for a well-known and established sign and lighting repair company in Calgary, AB.

You will be selling sign and lighting service to local businesses in the Greater Calgary area (B2B type of selling) out of our Calgary office through lead generation, prospecting new clients, and closing sales via phone and email communications.

Essential Requirements:

Previous sales and cold-calling experience (warm leads provided)
Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
The Candidate:

Must be enthusiastic, with a strong aptitude and a positive “can do” attitude
Versatile sales & client service agent, with the ability to work in an inbound or outbound team oriented environment.
Must have a proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales
Exceptional oral communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
An excellent command of English language in both written and spoken formats is required
Sign industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
Computer/Keyboarding skills
Ability to complete 30-60+ phone calls per day, manage email communications, and work with web-based software (training provided)
Well organized an attention to details.
Comfortable in a small business / light industrial environment

This position will start in person at our office in Calgary, AB but may be eligible to be converted into a hybrid position once training and the probationary period are complete and the candidate demonstrates the ability to exceed targets and communicate effectively.
