Billing Executive

Full job description
We are currently looking for a Billing Executive to join our administrative and accounts team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with MARG software. This role is vital for ensuring accurate and timely billing, which supports our overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage invoices accurately using MARG software
Cross-check purchase orders, delivery challans, and product rates
Ensure timely billing for all dispatches and customer orders
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for billing accuracy
Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and bill copies
Resolve billing-related queries from internal teams or customers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and stock reports
Support inventory entry and product rate updates in the software
Follow company processes and compliance norms in all billing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or accounts preferred
Proficiency or working knowledge of MARG software is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
