Database Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced database administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement databases that meet business requirements
• Manage database performance, security, and reliability
• Develop and deploy new database objects and changes to existing database objects
• Implement high-availability and disaster-recovery-friendly database architectures
• Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support application development

Requirements:
• Advanced understanding of relational database architecture and infrastructure, specifically MSSQL
• Knowledge of SSMS, SSRS, and support tooling
• Experience with Always On High Availability Groups is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
