Summary – We are hiring for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager role in Private Equity Fund Accounting with a leading global financial services firm. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of fund structures, capital activities, and investor reporting, who are passionate about delivering best-in-class service to global clients.

Responsibilities –
• Manage complex fund structures including SPVs, standalone funds, master-feeder funds, and related investor class setups.
• Record investor commitments, handle capital activities (subscriptions, redemptions, switches), and process call/distribution notices.
• Finalize books of accounts and book both trading and non-trading transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly NAVs, economic allocations, and apply P&L rebalancing along with waterfall models (European & American).
• Compute management fees, preferred returns, carried interest, and key fund performance ratios (IRR, TWR, investment multiples).
• Handle client communications and ensure accurate investor and fund-level reporting including ILPA (optional).
• Demonstrate knowledge of instruments like bank debt, TRS, MBS, and CLOs.

Requirements –
• Master’s in Finance & Accounting or qualified Chartered Accountant preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in financial services or capital markets, with 5+ years in private equity/fund reporting.
• Experience working in global, matrix-structured organizations.
• Strong track record in managing change in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and readiness to work in EMEA/Americas shifts in a hybrid mode.
