Online Shopper / Supermarket Assistant

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality product and service we offer our customers here at New World Masterton

This is a varied role, you will be in the Online department picking, packing and delivering, and also working in other department's replenishing stock and assisting customers.

Your main duties will include:


Picking and packing customer orders
Loading Click and Collect lockers
Helping Customers via telephone with order queries and product substitutions
Delivering Orders by vehicle
Updating orders in the computer system
Replenishing stock
Helping customers instore with enquiries
Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
Here's what you'll need:


A restricted or full drivers license.
To be physically fit you'll be on your feet all day, lifting, and moving
Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up
Customer service driven you'll spend a lot of time helping our customers
Have excellent communication skills
Be reliable, we are a close team and you'll be missed if you're not here!
Have a good work ethic
Be able to work well under pressure
