Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in designing marketing materials, social media creatives, UI elements, and other digital assets within a professional IT environment.

Job Responsibility
• Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to produce high-quality visuals.
• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Key Performance Areas (KPA)
• Design Quality & Creativity – Deliver visually appealing and brand-aligned designs.
• Timely Delivery – Complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Adaptability & Learning – Stay updated with new tools and design trends.
• Collaboration & Communication – Work effectively within the team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Number of designs completed per week/month.
• Adherence to brand guidelines & creative briefs.
• Turnaround time for revisions and feedback.
• Growth in proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Required Skills & Qualification
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Canva is a plus).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and typography.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
