Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Clerk to support our administrative operations. This an excellent opportunity to gain experience in office administration and develop professional skills.

Process and file documents according to established organizational systems
Enter data into Trust databases with high accuracy
Maintain Inward and Out word
Handle basic correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
Assist with mail distribution and management
Support senior staff with administrative tasks
Perform basic record-keeping duties
Required Qualifications

Any graduate
Basic computer proficiency
Good Marathi Typing skills is mandatory (Minimum 30 Marathi )
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Time management
Multi-tasking ability
Basic problem-solving skills
