Tour Reception & Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Greet tourists at the airport and coordinate handovers with the pickup tour guides
Provide itinerary briefings, answer frequently asked questions, and ensure guests start their journey smoothly
Assist in handling unexpected situations (e.g., flight delays, itinerary changes) to maintain service quality
Communicate effectively with the company’s logistics team and tour guides to ensure seamless tour arrangements
Support the tour operations team in coordinating itineraries and scheduling departures
Record customer feedback and help optimize customer experience and service processes
Requirements:

Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
Strong customer service mindset, approachable, patient, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays
Experience in tourism reception, airport services, hotel front desk, or tour coordination is preferred
Able to stay calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills
A valid driver’s license is an asset
