Curriculum Development and Implementation:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cover various developmental areas (e.g., language, literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills).
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, and group activities.
Adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of children.
Classroom Management and Environment:
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful classroom culture.
Organize and prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities.
Child Development and Observation:
Observe children's progress and development, identifying areas of strength and areas needing support.
Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed.
Track children's progress and communicate it to parents through regular reports or meetings.
Parent Communication and Collaboration:
Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues related to their child's learning or behavior.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.
Professional Development:
Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in early childhood education.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching practices
