Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies 2. Coordinating with content & design team 3. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance 4. Manage team of SEO Specialists 5. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams 6. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes 7. Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy 8. Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) +. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects 10. Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns 11. Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Desired Qualifications and Experience: 1. Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role 2. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices 3. Deep understanding of tools like Semrush and Ahrefs 4. Knowledge in online Marketplace (.i.e. Amazon) listing optimization 5. Knowledge of HTML/CSS 6. Experience with SEO reporting 7. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) 8. Excellent communication skills +. Strong organizational and leadership skills 10. Analytical mind-set with numerical aptitude 11.
