Summary

As an Experienced Full-time Line Cook or Prep Cook, you will be integral to our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. With a strong background in the food industry and restaurant experience, you will contribute to meal preparation and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Your expertise in food handling and service will enhance our culinary offerings, helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Join us in delivering exceptional quality and service in a vibrant kitchen setting. Prepare and cook menu items by following instructions and adhering to standardized recipes and specifications Move between stations depending on the needs of each service Ensure that the food preparation, quality and presentation meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment by maintaining occupational health & safety standards (e.g., WHMIS labels, food handling and storage, hygiene etc.)
