Multifamily Framing Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Framing Foreman to oversee a multi-family project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and supervising a team of workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.
Ensure all the site is operated Safely and all safety documentation up to date
Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
Extensive background in the framing industry, doesn't need to be multifamily but preferred minimum 8 years
Proficiency in using construction management software, particularly ProCore, is highly desirable.
Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and overall construction management are necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
