Tucana Engineering LLC (USA) is recruiting:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full Time - Fixed-term Contract

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5 years of structural analysis experience in aerospace

LEGAL ENTITY:
Tucana Engineering LLC, USA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop stress analysis using both classical (hand calculations) and numerical approaches
Develop structure sizing and coordinate with the design team
Generate formal engineering substantiation reports
Develop finite element models and perform finite element analysis
Research engineering documentation defining aircraft structures
Attend design reviews and customer discussions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The USA citizen or Green Card holder
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years of structural analysis experience in aerospace
Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
Experience in aircraft internal and external loads definition
Experienced CATIA V5 and Solidworks user
MSC.Patran, MSC.Nastran experience
