About the Role:
Lemon Technologies is looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing & Design Executive to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—designing engaging content, writing compelling copy, managing social media, and occasionally interacting with clients. You’ll be supporting senior team members across various marketing campaigns and client projects.
If you’re comfortable working on tools like Canva, CapCut, and InShot, and have a flair for design and content, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career in tech-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design marketing collateral including brochures, social media posts, pitch decks, presentations, and videos.
· Create and edit engaging video content and Reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar.
· Write short-form and visual-friendly content for social media and presentations.
· Manage and schedule posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
· Monitor engagement, interact with audiences, and support campaign performance tracking.
· Coordinate and execute multiple marketing campaigns for internal projects and clients.
· Occasionally participate in client meetings or discussions to understand project goals or present drafts.
Requirements:
· 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/design/social media.
· Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
· Good command of English for writing and content structuring.
· Understanding of basic design principles and content aesthetics.
· A good sense of what works on different social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
· Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Comfortable with occasional client interactions or internal briefings.
· Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Design.
· Prior experience working in a tech, IT services, or SaaS company.
· Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or scheduling tools like Buffer/Hootsuite
