Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads and potential clients for the company.
• Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate and secure deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Handle client inquiries, offering solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Report on sales activities, progress, and potential forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or working at an agency.
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a personal laptop for work.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facebook Ads Specialist at Visionary Services. The Facebook Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions. They will analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Job location - NIBM Undri, Pune

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns and optimizing ad performance
• Knowledge of social media advertising best practices and trends
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
