???? About the Role

Matrix Shell is hiring a creative, technically-inclined Marketing Intern to support the execution of our strategic marketing roadmap. You'll work directly with the CMO on high-impact brand, content, and event campaigns targeting the telecom and cybersecurity industry.

This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Pune.

???? Key Responsibilities

You’ll assist in the planning and execution of:
• Brand Refresh & ICP Development
• Lead Magnet Design + HubSpot/Zoho Workflow Setup
• SEO Optimization & Case Study Writing
• Webinar Campaigns & Paid Ads Strategy
• PPC Campaign Management & Explainer Content
• Cold Email Sequences & Engagement Funnels
• Whitepapers & Analyst Collaboration
• Conference Preparation & Benchmark Report Development
• Community Campaigns for Open-Source Tools & Podcasts
• Microsite QA, Content Review, and Launch Readiness

✅ Candidate Requirements
• MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
• Strong technical content writing skills
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Technical background (e.g., B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in CS/IT) will be preferred
• Ability to work creatively under deadlines and collaborate across teams
