Marketing Programs Manager Job Description

This position involves leading marketing programs and initiatives that drive product awareness and adoption. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience in creating go-to-market plans, messaging, and marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and expansions.
• Develop clear, differentiated product messaging for various customer segments.
• Provide SME inputs to marketing campaigns across channels (digital, events, content, etc.) to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Design teams to execute product launches and other marketing programs.
• Train and support sales teams with relevant product marketing assets and guidance.
• Lead development of product-centric thought leadership (e.g., white papers, frameworks, webinars, and eBooks) working in collaboration with the leadership and content marketing teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, with at least four years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
• Prior experience in product marketing of AI software products.
• Technical understanding of at least a few AI and automation technologies, such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, computer vision, RPA & intelligent automation, and generative AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms for measuring outcomes against KPIs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can experiment and iterate fast for new initiatives.
