Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and is interested in learning the ins and outs of roofing systems. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, putting together estimates, and driving sales growth while building strong relationships with clients.

Candidates should be physically fit enough to work along side installation crews during the learning process as well as during days we are short handed on site.

Responsibilities

Learn about roofing practices through on-site training.
Generate leads through door to door sales.
Scheduling and performing roof inspections.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain communication with clients until project completion.
Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
Qualifications

Drivers License.
Prior door to door sales experience.
Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Physical ability to work on roofs.
What We Offer

A starting wage of $20/hour + sales commission.
Flexible hours.
