Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register (POS system).
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs for age verification.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, striving to create a positive dining experience.
Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent customer service abilities, with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering processes, including experience with POS systems.
Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall guest experience.
