Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and translate these into product requirements
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders, document requirements, perform gap analysis and identify and quantify risks related to the product
Collaborate with developers to determine the best solutions and work closely with product management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Manage the product backlog, prioritize items, and support the development team during sprints
Create product designs, user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure they are clearly understood by the development team
Guide the development team throughout the product development process, providing clarification, data analysis, insights and direction when needed
Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria and overall quality standards by developing test cases and performing QA
Work with business stakeholders to plan and execute, change management,communications planning providing support and training to end users
Gather feedback on products, measure key product metrics and provide insight in user behaviour to inform future product decision
Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner or similar role in IT
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of SCRUM and Agile process and principles
Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Azure SQL or related technologies
Ability to communicate with understanding and kindness, creating a collaborative team environment
Excellent written communication and presentation skills (both business and technical)
Proficient in business process modeling and system design
Experience in working within a software development team and conducting quality assurance
Understanding of data modeling and data visualization
