All-Rounder – Sales, Laundry & Social Media

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, energetic All-Rounder to join our growing team at Wash Mate. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — you’ll be doing a bit of everything: from customer service and sales, to processing laundry orders, to creating social media content when things are quiet.

Your Role Includes:

Sales & Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, answer enquiries, process drop off and pick up orders and promote our services with a smile
Daily Operations: Tag, process, and manage laundry and dry cleaning orders (Full training provided)
Content & Social Media: Create reels, take behind-the-scenes videos, post updates, and engage with our online community during quieter moments
You’re Someone Who:

Is a people person who loves chatting with customers and offering great service
Can roll up your sleeves and handle laundry tasks with care and attention
Enjoys creating content for TikTok/Instagram and can come up with simple, fun ideas
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask without stress
Is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in doing a good job
Hours & Location:

Surry Hills location
Full time - 5 Days a week including 1 weekend.
