Hostel Warden- Female

Residential Female Warden: Food and Accommodation will be provided.

Salary : 15000-35000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.Maintain discipline, hygiene, and decorum in the hostel premises.Ensure the safety and security of the female students at all times.Address complaints and issues raised by residents in a timely and sensitive manner.Maintain up-to-date records of student residents, visitor logs, and other administrative duties.Coordinate with the administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.Monitor attendance, late entries, and overnight permissions of students.Conduct regular hostel meetings and communicate rules and notices effectively.Provide pastoral support and counselling to residents when required.Ensure medical emergencies are handled appropriately and students receive timely healthcare support.Enforce compliance with hostel rules and regulations
