We are seeking a dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all residents while managing the hostel's administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hostel
Maintain discipline and a conducive living environment
Handle resident queries, complaints, and conflicts effectively
Organize and coordinate hostel events and activities
Manage the hostel budget and resources efficiently
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities
Collaborate with management and staff to improve hostel services
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field
2-5 years of experience in hostel management or similar roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic administrative and organizational skills
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Ability to work in a team and independently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
