Job Description:
• Lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for core products (web, mobile, backend, etc.)
• Be hands-on with development and coding activities
• Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, scalability, and security
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers over time
• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building and scaling tech products
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a tech lead/high ownership role
• Deep full-stack expertise: Backend, Frontend, Devops, Architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Product mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
