Medical Transcriptionist

Duties and Responsibilites

· Patient related documentation: Type reports and discharge summaries of Out-patients and In-patients of the Hospital once the file is given to her from Billing; ensure accuracy of contents typed –Up To +3%.

· Software data inputs: Type summaries and other concerned documents of the patients in the application software provided; ensure accuracy of contents typed

· Printed reports: Check with the Duty Doctor, clarify doubts if any, and take printouts of the documents after correction.

· Presence in the ward: Be present in the allotted ward or department at all times during duty hours; take breaks (eg: for meals) with the permission of the In-charge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
