What You'll Be Doing
As the Customer Service Officer, you will:
• Be the first point of contact - answer calls, emails, and greet clients professionally.
• Provide comprehensive client support - answer questions, confirm sensitive tax information, and resolve enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Prepare and process administrative documents - invoices, statements, and correspondence.
• Assist accountants with various client admin tasks.
• Keep the office tidy & running smoothly - juggle competing priorities while staying organised.
