Job Description

The award-winning team at Professionals Wantina Knox are now hiring an enthusiastic, experienced, full-time Property Manager to join our established residential rental department.
Applicants must have:
Agent's representative certificate
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Capabilities to use Microsoft Office and Property me A positive, professional attitude
Attention to detail when conducting reports
Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
Current police check
Property management experience
In this role, you will work on a shared portfolio with an assistant property manager, senior manager and admin support.
Days are Monday - Friday with rostered Saturdays (usually a half day) and time off in lieu.
