Graphic & Visual Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic & Visual Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you'll help shape the visual identity of our brand, design stunning pitch decks, craft engaging illustrations, and contribute to our storytelling through compelling visuals. If you have experience in Web3, it's a great bonus!
You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life and build a consistent and high-quality visual presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-impact graphics for website, social media, pitch decks, and print.
Create custom illustrations and visual elements to support brand storytelling.
Develop brand-aligned visual assets for various departments and campaigns.
Work on visual design systems, style guides, and templates for scalable design.
Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
(Bonus) Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and videos.

Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual design.
Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, branding, and pitch deck work.
Good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with Web3, crypto, or tech startups.
Knowledge of motion design, animation, and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
