Job Description

Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to support our daily IT infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and maintaining AWS servers
• Troubleshooting local IT issues (software, systems, network)
• Managing email accounts and resolving suspicious email issues
• Setting up data via VPN and NAS drive
• Ensuring regular data backups (at least 10 days)
• Configuring systems, devices, and networks
• Collaborating with the Paris Helpdesk (JET software)
• Managing firewalls (production and spare)
• Procuring hardware (laptops, monitors, phones, etc.)
• Comparing prices and managing IT asset ordering
• Maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation

Requirements:
• 1+ years of IT support/admin experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS, VPN, email servers
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with IT procurement processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
