Full job description
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities
Coordinate with departments to track attendance and leaves
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR metrics
Support payroll and compliance-related documentation
Help in drafting HR letters and maintaining employee files
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Job Types: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
