Mail and Customer Service Officer | Albany Box Lobby | On Call

On call - work as and when required between Monday to Saturday: 07:00 - 17:45
Location: 11A/ 110 Don McKinnon Drive, Albany
$26.84 per hour paid fortnightly
A role with variety! The main aspect of this role will be counter work and interacting with customers (mainly through parcel collection).

Working at our Albany Box Lobby, our Mail and Customer Service Officer deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:

Be available to work on call as required Monday to Saturday
A valid NZ Full drivers license and your own vehicle
Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
Proven experience in customer service positions
All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check.
