Description
Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Summary: This role will focus on managing and optimizing promotions, brokerage and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs)

Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Maintains promotional accrual setup and reconciliation.
Manages pricing activities and deduction disputes for pricing.
Maintains brokerage contracts, setup, brokerage rate maintenance, reconciliation, and monthly processing.
Reconciles brokerage, and promotions accounts to GL each month.
Manages and processes Canadian Duties.
Conducts regular reviews of pricing structures and recommends adjustments as needed.
Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manages a team of employees, including hiring/terminations, leading and developing team members. Removes roadblocks, pushes communications, encourages, and assesses performance. Embraces problem-solving as a learning experience.
This is a an exempt position with an annualized salary range of $110,000 to $135,000.
Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)
A minimum of five years of experience in accounting, finance or related field, with a focus on pricing and promotions.
A minimum of two years of people management experience.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
Experience with accounting transactions in a large ERP (SAP preferred)
Preferred education and experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders
Work Environment
This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
Physical/Mental demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Frequently required to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee will occasionally stand, walk, and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near vision for frequent use of a computer.
