As an auditor, you will be considered a key component of the audit team and will be traveling to client locations. On the audit team, you will be exposed to multiple clients and gain invaluable hands on audit and tax experience in diverse fields including, but not limited to: electrical utilities, telecommunication providers, governmental organizations, not for profit entities, and employee benefit plans.
Looking for junior and senior level auditors and tax preparers with 0-5+ years experience.
Compensation - Negotiable Based on Experience
Duties:
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional standards
Know and understand the reason for the firm's policies and procedures
Participate in training courses to further develop technical skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA exam eligible preferred.
Experience with current computer audit tax programs and reporting tools
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
