Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager – Information Security with a strong background in release management, vulnerability management, and IT service tools like JIRA and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing access controls, security audits, vendor coordination, and production release cycles in a fast-paced, multi-vendor and geographically distributed environment.

Mandatory Skills
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security domain
• Proficient in JIRA and ServiceNow
• Experience with Vulnerability Management Tools (e.g., Fortify or similar)
• Exposure to Release and Change Management Processes
• Hands-on experience managing L1 and L2 support tickets adhering to SLA
• Expertise in handling user access management in an automated environment
• Experience in coordination of production releases and CAB meetings
• Experience in ServiceNow access request/removal process
• Good domain understanding of the Insurance industry

Primary Skills
• Strong working knowledge in JIRA Project Creation and Management
• Experience in working with multiple vendors and cross-geography teams
• Ability to handle application access issues and license renewal
• Skilled in troubleshooting tool-related issues and guiding the team
• Coordination with stakeholders/vendors for issue resolution
• Familiarity with running scans/reports and analyzing vulnerability severity
• Exposure to SOC and ISO audit support
• Coordination on scan template reviews with project teams

Secondary Skills
• Basic knowledge of Java, Linux, and HTML
• Understanding of ASAM ticket handling and code moves
• Able to review and act on post-implementation issues
• Ownership in identifying and guiding teams for vulnerability fixes

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
