E-Commerce & E-Pharmacy Marketplace Manager

Plethikind Ethica(division of Medipaams India Pvt Ltd) is a growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering quality medicines and nutraceuticals across India. We are now expanding our reach to online platforms and seeking a motivated individual to manage both our e-commerce and e-pharmacy presence across multiple marketplaces.
Role Summary

We're looking for a multi-skilled professional with experience in managing Nutraceutical listings on Amazon/Flipkart and Pharma/OTC listings on Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, and similar portals. The ideal candidate is organized, platform-savvy, and capable of scaling online visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities

· • Marketplace Onboarding: Handle onboarding and documentation for Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.

· • Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across all portals.

· • Catalog Hygiene: Ensure listings are clean, accurate, and compliant.

· • Promotions & Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC ads and coordinate platform promotions.

· • Stock & Price Sync: Work with internal teams to manage stock levels and pricing.

· • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance and prepare weekly reports.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or e-pharmacy marketplace management.

· • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and at least one e-pharmacy platform.

· • Knowledge of FSSAI/Drug License compliance and platform listing processes.

· • Strong Excel and communication skills.

· • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Nice to Have

· • Background in nutraceutical or OTC product segments.

· • Experience in managing online ads and creative listings.

· • Knowledge of return policies and reconciliation processes.
