Job Description
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for coordinating with the London-based design team in delivering high-quality, innovative artwork and creative assets for a wide range of urban-planning and urban-design focused presentations.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about design with a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in both digital and print media.

Responsibilities
• Responsibilities include preparing Presentations and Graphical brochures and reports to a high quality of internal organization within the document.
• Preparing high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
• Preparing high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
• Ensure seamless liaison with the London Office.
• Availability to work flexible late hours in order to align with the London office is essential. i.e. availability to work 1pm to 8pm working hours on certain days, when required, is essential.

Qualification & experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to produce high-quality and innovative design work.
• Experienced in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
• A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
• Collaborative and communicative, able to effectively work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
• Experience in working with design teams ensuring high standards and creative direction are met.
• A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.
• Excellent design and visual communication skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory

Good to have
• Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector
• Ability to work with Midjourney/ other AI software
• Experience in the creation of video presentations and web-pages
