Position Details
Position: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Business Finance (Financing Planning & Analysis)

Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant and active member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant in a regulated financial institution, preferably in any Bank.

Segment Business / P&L Budgets Performance Monitoring
Product-wise P&L Budgets and Performance Monitoring
Data Collation and Analysis with Branches / departments
Peer Bank Analysis – Balance Sheet, P&L, Key Ratio analysis
Monthly Analysis of Branch Key Parameters
Cost Benefit Analysis (need based)
Review and analysis of Merger / acquisition proposals (need based)
Annual Business Plan Submissions to RBI from Finance perspective
RBI Circulars / notifications analysis
LTSB / PNCPS / Capital augmentation coordination from Finance perspective
CEF coordination from Finance perspective
RBI Returns review
CERMO submissions / Compliance
Loss Making Branches Finance perspective review and analysis
