Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for BPO, Tele calling, and Non-IT profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct telephonic screenings to shortlist potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Work in a fast-paced environment to close multiple positions within deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
