Job description
A key role within our hotel is that of the Talent Culture Executive, reporting directly to the General Manager. The primary responsibility of this position involves planning, managing, coordinating, and participating in various Talent Culture activities.
Key Duties
• Providing guidance on recruitment, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
• Overseeing team member performance appraisals using the Accor system, including frontline probationary and annual reviews.
• Addressing performance issues and offering necessary counsel.
• Supporting Heads of Departments in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Maintaining and disseminating Talent Culture policies and producing comprehensive monthly reports on recruitment, training, turnover, and related matters.
• Managing workplace injuries, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work programs.
• Actively participating in the hotel's Work Health and Safety Committee to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Smart Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluency in English.
